“I received a message within 3 days if paying for the service and it was really easy to secure a new test just by text! I am currently waiting for a text to say I have a new Test as I was not successful the first time”

Hi, yes we did book a test date for one week later than your current date but this was because you selected the option 'autobook' which automatically books a new test date. You set your 'earlier than' date to two weeks later than your current test date. When selecting 'autobook' it will book the first date it came across which it did. If you communicated that you were unhappy with said date then we would re-enable the search to keep looking until you were happy.
