First Aid Wheels is one of the best wheel repair centres in London for full factory refurbishment and possibly the only one that offers a full repair service including straightening, welding, re-finishing and customizing.

It all started in 2001 as a hobby for customizing and working with alloy wheels.

Over the years this became a passion to achieve the best possible finish. Now we have the latest machinery, the latest paint systems and advanced techniques that match the manufacturer’s original finish.

We are constantly researching new techniques and developing new solutions to give our customers the best quality service possible.

“I went half-expecting an expensive repair bill for an alloy wheel that had apparently (according to a well-known high street supplier of tyres etc) an unspecified problem. First Aid Wheels found the problem - a faulty valve - pretty much immediately, and fixed it there and then for £12. Excellent and friendly service!”

“Rang and discussed my requirements for a set of exchange Black 469M for my X5. Deposit and booking arranged. Drove up from Plymouth today. Met by Kai and all was ready for exchange. Wheels taken off and checked. Tyres transferred and a new set of genuine BMW centre caps fitted and M Sport badges. Took under an hour, which included checking tyre pressures and torque settings. All was faultless and a great service. Many many thanks, will be back. Matt”

“I exchanged my kerbed E Class wheels for a complete refurbed set, quick turnaround, transferred my TP Sensors, super guys to deal with. They responded immediately to my contact (unlike the other companies closer to me in Northampton and Leicester) The Wheel finish looks as good as originals so should last well (if kept away from kerbs) I went for plain silver but there are any number of options. I'll defo save their details for future.”
