First Aid Wheels is one of the best wheel repair centres in London for full factory refurbishment and possibly the only one that offers a full repair service including straightening, welding, re-finishing and customizing.

It all started in 2001 as a hobby for customizing and working with alloy wheels.

Over the years this became a passion to achieve the best possible finish. Now we have the latest machinery, the latest paint systems and advanced techniques that match the manufacturer’s original finish.

We are constantly researching new techniques and developing new solutions to give our customers the best quality service possible.

“FAW brilliant wheel repairs,however shocking customer service. I had loan wheels while mine were waiting to be done. There was a massive chunk taken out the tyre no body checked tyre pressures. I was paying by card 3% was added on top of my bill. Claud from the Apprentice is endorsing this company however shocking customer service!”

I travelled up from Wiltshire as nothing else compared to the price, quality and the ability to exchange my alloys for a newly refurbished set for my VW. Staff were super friendly and helpful. “Extreamly rude and unprofessional staff, customer service is awful, who ever the receptionist or who ever is behind the whats app group is also rude and unprofessional.”

“I used the exchange facility. This prevented me being without my vehicle during the refurbishment period. It suited me as I wanted to keep the standard wheels on the vehicle, but change their appearance. I opted for diamond cut face with satin/black inserts. The wheels really set the car apart. the finish is excellent. This service was carried out in July 2019, but I have waited to review until now to judge how the finish would last. They look as good today as when fitted. The guys at FAW are extremely helpful, though I was there nearly two hours. They are very busy, but still found time to clean and protect my M Sport blue brake calipers, which really show through well the black wheels. Overall the experience was very good, I would visit them again. Only given four stars due to the waiting time, otherwise excellent.”

“Great customer service and brilliant job on my alloys. I had mine respirated black to match the colour of my car and it was a spot on job. Also I had loan wheels whilst the job was getting, which most companies don’t offer and you could be without a car for 3 days.👍🏻”

“Stay away from these guys at all costs. They repaired a diamond cut Alloy wheel on my Mercedes A Class and when I returned the vehicle back to the leasing company they charged me for a whole alloy as the repair was done to a poor standard! They had completely flattened the face of the alloy and had not cut out the detailing. They also removed a lot of the face so it could no longer be repaired! A bunch of cow boys. I would take them to court however I have lost the original invoice from them and don’t have time. They Might be good to repair a standard alloy wheel but NEVER a diamond cut alloy.”

“Fantastic service! Took my cracked, bent wheel in and was told the price to fix it, then asked to fill out my details in the office, offered a really good cup of coffee and a seat! I was amazed that they were going to do it while I waited... An hour or so later the wheel was welded, perfectly round and painted, they refitted the tyre and balanced the wheel, put it in my boot and I was off! Thank you so much...”
