“Nice product which came quickly but did not suit my body shape. I am 5’2” and pear shaped. The top was too long and the trousers too wide and also too long so would have had to be taken up. I was also confused because vat was added on top of the website prices, but “not inc. tax or vat” was not obvious when the prices were shown. Have returned the items at my own expense for a refund. Overall a good experience but quite expensive for what you get.”

Our trousers are intentionally made with a longer length to allow customers to hem them to their desired fit—this is a standard approach in our industry to cater to varied heights. Regarding pricing, our website displays prices excluding VAT to accommodate our international customers, as orders shipped outside the UK are not subject to VAT. The relevant tax is automatically calculated and clearly shown at checkout before completing the purchase. We appreciate your comment on pricing. “Good quality uniform. So glad it includes cotton. Nothing worse than a polyester top. Wish they were a bit cheaper but hey ho. I would say the tops run ever so slightly small, so if you have a big bust. I’d definitely go up a size. Glad I found this company.”
