“I absolutely ADORE fairyloot! They’re boxes are my favourite thing to open every month (and then post on my bookstagram!!) because their items are so pretty, useful and amazing! If there’s every an issue with the boxes/books they make sure to keep the customers well Informed, and if you have any issues, their customer support is so lovely!”

“I love your company. I feel the products in your boxes are high quality. The special edition books are absolutely stunning and for monthly boxes I feel some of the most unique. You truly spoil us with the amount of special changes made to a book. Also the booksleeves are some of my absolute favorites.”

“I LOVE fairyloot!!! I rave about it whenever I talk about my boxes. I regularly use 99% of the items they include in the boxes. The themes are unique and fabulous. And the books are just GORGEOUS! I love how diverse the books they choose are and the artists that they work with...I could go on and on about how much I love fairyloot. I will continue to get it as my monthly gift for myself because I haven't come across another book box that has as many amazing items that's as affordable as fairyloot is. Plus, their service team is amazing, which is a rare gift.”

“Fairy loot is always the best at customer service and is super quick at sending out whatever might be missing. Everyone there is really nice as well. Don’t even get me started on the absolutely gorgeous books and the really cool bookish items that come in each box.”

“Fairyloot does some of the most STUNNING special editions you will ever come across. While purchasing these editions can sometimes be difficult due to technical difficulties and site crashes, once you receive your copies you can think of nothing but how wonderful they are. I have had a few issues with the condition of the books, sometimes there is slight damage, possibly due to careless shipping, I am not sure. But Fairyloot is always available to hear your concerns and is usually able to provide a replacement for you. I find the book boxes sometimes vary in quality month to month but this is the gamble you take when you sign up for a monthly subscription. Sometimes you are going to receive a product that isn't for you. With all this being said, I am very content with my subscription and I look forward to my box each month! I have found many wonderful standalone novels and it has opened my eyes to some wonderful authors.”

“I used to read so much when I was a child and as I grew up, I slowly lost touch with that part of me. FairyLoot has helped me bring my inner child back out and find the fun in reading again. “I love the Fairyloot boxes! It's a real treat to receive them every month. They always have useful items in the boxes and good books. Of course not all books will be everyone's taste but that's to be expected. Generally, I love most of the books they provide. They have had a difficult time during the pandemic to get all the items but they have remained strong and never let me down once.”

“The items are beautiful! On occasion I was missing an item and one time I didn’t have a spoiler card in the box. The missing item was easily cleared up but I still had to sort that out. Otherwise I have had a great experience!”

“I absolutely love FairyLoot! I don’t think there’s a single box I’ve gotten where I’ve been disappointed. Every item has been stunning, the books are all special and absolutely beautiful. They’re usually signed first editions and if they’re part of a series FairyLoot usually does special editions for the rest of the books too. There was one time that I received a damaged book but one quick email to customer support and a new one was sent to me. Customer support has always been kind and courteous to me, they’re such lovely people who answer any questions I may have. At one point, for example, we moved into our house after it was done being built, I was so stressed and emailed customer service who without any hassle updated my address for my subscription and all my preorders for special edition books. When we had to save for our move, my subscription renewal was adjusted in preparation for that and then when the dust had settled I was able to switch back to the 6 month subscription with just a quick email to them. I even dropped most of my subscriptions but I wouldn’t let FairyLoot go, that’s where I drew the line. FairyLoot is just so wonderful. As a subscribed member, we get perks like early access to special collector’s boxes and emails with updates and notifications as to when our orders are being packaged and then shipped with tracking numbers. FairyLoot just really has it together and I’m so excited with every box I receive. FairyLoot beyond the books is an entire wonderful experience.”
