“I absolutely love the books I get! The merch sometimes is of bad quality and not always something I enjoy. The shipping/arrival of my boxes (US based) is always really late and near the end of the month each time. :(”

“I feel very disappointed in international Shipping to Canada. Although I understand the circumstances in which the world is in today, I still am quite upset. The only reason why I am saying that is because I have multiple other subscription boxes from all over the world and none come this late. By the time I receive my fairyloot, everyone and their mom reviewed their box on Instagram. Which takes away from the magic of surprise. My may crate haven’t even shipped yet. And it’s mid June. I usually receive my box last week of next month. And it’s upsetting because the items are great, but the whole shipping issues takes a lot out of the subscription. Japan Crate for example ships first week. And I receive it within three days that the shipping label was created. And I pay same shipping for Japan crate as I pay for Fairy Loot. Owl Crate - another book subscription send May month book box and you receive it in May. Not end of June. This is so frustrating to me that I’m honestly not even waiting for my box to arrive because I am so upset with the service.”

“The boxes have been great and I've loved the book selections that have been sent each month! The only downfall has been the very long wait due to the shipping carriers of choice. Since I live in Canada the wait time can be quite long but this is not necessarily Fairyloot's fault and more has to do with the carrier that was chosen.”

“I absolutely adore this subscription box. I've tried one other book subscription box and didn't feel like it was worth it (received multiples of items, lousy customer service, cheap items, etc.) However, even if I'm not familiar with the books some of the items pertain to, they are excellent quality and I never receive duplicates. The books justify the expense to me alone. Each box comes with a gorgeous edition usually including sprayed edges, foil hardcover art, and additional dust jacket artwork. I'm very pleased to receive my Fairyloot box every month!”

“I haven't really enjoyed the book selections so far. I've been a subscriber for 6 months now and there was only 1 book so far that I had on my anticipated reads for 2021 and that was Lore. It doesn't seem like it was just me either because a lot of the selection so far does not seem to have very good ratings by others as well.... The book designs are beautiful though! I was really really hoping that Ace of Spades, Sistersong or Firekeeper's Daughter would have been selected. I can't even imagine how beautiful your company would have made the design on those! I don't know all of the goings on behind the scene so not sure what the pool looks like that you can select from so I am trying to be understandable. The only reason why I'm keeping the fairyloot monthly books so far is because they are beautiful, just stunning. If it wasn't for that, honestly, I probably would donate them to my local library.”

“The books are beautiful. Would love to see more metal book marks like the one we had in January. Would like when you do a new release of a squeal book sale if you could also sell the first one as an option so that we can get a matching set if we don’t already own it.”
