“I love Fairyloot's books and customer service :) I ordered a special edition book once and they sent me an extra copy on accident. I offered to return it but they let me keep it for free, which was very generous. And any time I have had damaged items, they've been replaced.”

“I've been a lover of books forever and a subscriber to Fairyloot for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their book choices are top notch. The special editions they put out are beautiful and their boxes are usually filled with fun, quality bookish items. Delays in shipping have been minimal at a time when they've become normal for other companies and their customer support and communication couldn't be better.”

“Excellent service, bought this for my daughter and she loves the books and accompanying items as many of them are references to some of her favorite series. She especially liked the "Book Order Game" in the last box as she has a number of books in her queue and the game allows her to pick the next one.”
