“Good quality products, however the products usually arrive a week or more later than predicted. I love the low plastic packaging, however would like to see more sustainably and ethically made products too!”

“Amazing customer service, amazing products! All items are such high quality and the finishes on the special edition books are amazing. I'm obsessed! SO happy I've got my Fairyloot subscription. Box arrival day is a highlight of my month! Even with issues outside of their control, the Fairyloot team keep everyone well updated with any delays regarding website crashes or shipping issues. Keep it up team!”

“Receiving my FairyLoot box is the highlight of my month! I love the range of items included and all the books have been books I would gladly have bought in a book shop even without the gorgeous covers. I would recommend to any lover of fantasy/YA 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“This box is amazing. They really have increased their quality and creativity of the goodies and books a lot. I love receiving this box as it can also persuade me to read books I normally wouldn't pick up right away. And even if the book isn't one of my top favorites in the end I still feel like the stories picked bring some great new views into focus. Also love the artwork and realization of the themes each month. Definitely one of my favorite book boxes!”

“Editions are stunning! I love getting the monthly box and the deluxe editions Ive bought. The only thing I would love to see more would be UK made items, however, I do realise that manufacturing is probably much cheaper in China.”

“Their was lots of goodies in the May box. I love using the tumbler and coasters. The reading list game is going to help with my TBR pile. Can't wait for next month fairyloot box.”

“Fairyloot have always provided both the best customer service and products. Every month, when the fairyloot package has arrived, I light up like a little girl on Christmas morning because I know that whatever inside will live up and even pass my expectations. In the past, I have had to contact fairyloot because I either have not been able to pay my monthly subscription until a later date or i have just had questions and both times, they have been fast with their response and have been very helpful. I feel confident with talking to the staff at fairyloot and trust that they are doing their best :)”

“All in all I'm a big fan! Of course there's always items in the boxes that you're not that big a fan of and there's boxes you like more and boxes you like less. So I guess it would be great if the boxes were somehow - to a small degree - customisable? However, I completly understand that that's an organisational nightmare. More bookish clothing items would be cool. But of course the different sizes are a problem. Maybe I'll list my favourite items? The mugs are hands down my favourites. Tote bags are a close second. The Raybearer phone holder is amazing, I'll forever love coasters and ... honestly, can you ever have enough reading signs and key chains? I'd love to see bookish stickers or decals in future boxes. And how about travel mugs? Maybe cookie plates? Oooh and umbrellas!! I'm not a fan of the pins, but I understand that a lot of people adore them. Thanks for asking us for our opinion! In case you'd also like feedback on special edition boxes / anniversary editions etc.: MORE MORE MORE MORE PLS MY GREED KNOWS NO BOUNDS.”
