“Got my very 1st box in January and I have been incredibly impressed and obsessed with everything! Fairyloot continues to wow me with their unique, fun and incredibly beautiful bookish items. And the sprayed edge books? The art on reversible dust jackets? AMAZING. I will be a lifelong Fairyloot subscriber for sure. I look forward to seeing what they have in store for us for the rest of this year!”

“Overall, I extremely enjoy the products FairyLoot includes in the boxes. The books are always stunning and such good quality. The only problem I’ve had is receiving some diamanté’s items or books in the boxes. If there could be a way to put a fragile sticker or handle with care sticker on the boxes it would help a lot I think. I never want to complain because I know it is not anyone at FairyLoot’s fault and it is just the delivery people/ method. Whenever I have talked to FairyLoot’s customer service, they have always been so sweet and helpful!”

“We're still doing it 7 months later because my daughter loves the signed, specialty books. But if it was up to me we'd cancel - but it's her money. Shipping increased (understandable in these times I guess) but it always seems so slow. When we order one of the extra books they offer on occasion, they take forever to arrive. I understand the pre-order ones will take longer to receive obviously, but once released, the general public is able to get it long before we do. However, ours is "special" and different - which, again, is why it's worth it to my 15yo book obsessed daughter. The additional products are fine (appear to be good quality and look nice - often for display, not function) but sometimes an individual item is delayed from their manufacturer - which makes the whole box delayed b/c FairyLoot waits for its arrival instead of shipping separately. Usually the items are not something my daughter would ever seek out and choose to spend money on on her own, but she typically likes the majority of them. Sometimes they're site gets slammed when offering exclusive extras; ordering has been a problem in the past and they take it down and start again a different day. It seems those server/site issuges have gotten under control lately; they happened more this last fall/winter. When I've contacted customer service I get a response the next day which is fine, but it's not always the most helpful - polite but general. Something like, "We apologize for the inconvenience but..." or "It hasn't shipped yet b/c it was a preorder." Meanwhile all of my daughter's friends are reading the book already b/c they didn't "need" a special copy. I give it an "acceptable" rating with 3 stars. I like the idea but I wouldn't mess with so many extra products in the box and just make it about books. My daughter would probably rate the books all as 5s and the additional products at 4.”
