“A great company to deal with. When I placed the order, I needed the bi-folds delivered on a specific day to coordinate with when our builders would be onsite to receive and install them. My plans changed and I needed the delivery to be a day later - this was no problem and the guys immediately tweaked the order. Everything arrived when I needed it to. I haven't tried the doors yet as our lounge is still a bit of a building site but they look great.”

“The doors are of a fantastic finish, really impressed with them ALthough the first driver didn’t help us the second driver on a re- delivery was so helpful and nothing was too much for him - a true credit to the company 👍🏽”

“Great service, fast turnaround and excellent customer service my delivery was delayed due to the M25 being closed by protesters but received the product the following day easy to install myself (with the help of Oakwood Garden Rooms you tube vids) I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.”

“The doors were recommended by Liam of Oakwood Garden Rooms and I chose these doors partly because of his recommendation but mainly because of his superb video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSAW5r5rQsg. I couldn't have fitted them as a first-time door-fitting-DIYer without this video as the instructions that came with the doors wouldn't have been enough and were not particularly related to the garden room pre-fabricated doors that I bought where the doors are set on the OSB board floor. I contacted the help desk on several occasions and the staff were very helpful. I think it would be worth making clear that it is the small orange label, rather than the large white label, that goes on the inside. I didn't see the orange label initially - I am 75 and perhaps my eyesight is not the best! I didn't have to do any adjustments as the doors fitted perfectly. I am delighted with the finished fitting; the doors look great, glide effotlessly - they passed the one-finger opening test! - and I would recommend them.”

“The ordering process was simple, I called to be sure about everything and they were really helpful. It was delivered on time and I was helped get it off the van. The in-glass blinds look lovely. Unfortunately, the steel delivery was not on time so it's not been installed yet. I'm really looking forward to seeing it in situ.”

“Bifolds arrived in 2 days! Delivery driver was really nice and helped me move the doors into back garden. Fitting the doors was exceptionally easy, they work prefectly and look amazing on my almost complete garden room. The quality is second to non. They're so well built and sturdy. I would 100% buy from Express again!”

“Ordered bifold 3 panel anthr' grey, a very quick delivery and delivery driver was very helpful, pre called prior to arriving . All goods well packed and protected, all damage free. Got them pre made and hung, was all so simple to instal quickly as sizing was precise. All fitting and working perfectly. Would advise to have a basic knowledge of what your doing rather than first time DIY er. Got no complaints at all thanks so much.”

“Following the YouTube videos by Oakwood garden rooms, I went with Express bifolds, for my garden room self build , I wasn’t disappointed Service great, doors amazing, fitting instructions and Liams videos made them fit perfect! Would highly recommend, the only issue I had was watching the videos from Oakwood I assumed l the blinds where with the bifold and as the garden rooms section of the website didn’t have blind options I assumed they where standard, but a phone call and it was sorted and they would come later so I could fit the doors due to Linder turn around times.”
