“I visited for the perfume consultation and had such a wonderful time! My perfume ~consultant~ was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job at explaining the process and science behind creating the fragrance and really helped me to explore scents that I would never have usually tried! I ended up with an absolutely gorgeous eau de parfum that I can now wear like a second skin and that I can come back to refill whenever I please! All the best to staff at EPC :)”

“My boyfriend and I visited EPC as part of his birthday present. They were incredibly welcoming and we just had the best time. It was so fun and interactive. Zabb is so knowledgeable and educated us on the various scents we tried out. We both ended up buying our perfumes and love them! I really recommend the blending experience to anyone considering it.”

“My boyfriend and I just had a blending consultation in the Covent Garden store, and wow a what a memorable experience!! Zabb (I hope I spelled that right!) was amazing, giving us personalised blends tailored to our preferences. “Five stars perfume blending experience. EPC has so many unique scents to offer with detailed explanations of each one. Got a unique mix of my own, which I could name it. Very friendly and nice staff and we enjoyed our time there so much. Highly recommended to all perfume lovers. Extra credit for getting compliment of the perfume from people at the cafe we went to afterward. =]”

“I booked the consultation session for my husband’s birthday gift. It was such a lovely treat and we felt very pampered and looked after by Noor. The session was so interesting and informative and it was great fun! A really enjoyable hour with a bespoke fragrance beautifully packaged at the end. “I had a wonderful experience when I visited EPC over the Christmas period. I booked the free blending consultation for 3 people where we spend an hour choosing our favourite scents to create a personalised perfume to you. You even get to name your perfume, with the label being printed off and stuck on the bottle. There was no pressure to purchase and the whole experience was fun and informative. Will be back again soon to create some more unique perfumes.”

The process was so easy & fun - not overwhelming at all - and our perfume guide was fabulous! We have created our own perfumes at other perfumeries but this was by far our favorite! We live in the United States but are already talking about wanting to go back to London so that we can make more perfumes at the Experimental Perfume Club!”

“This was such a fun and informative experience! Would absolutely recommend, especially as a gift for someone. Fantastic value, a really unique experience, and learned a lot about the world of scents and fragrances. The perfumer took his time to explain how fragrances are composed and why, which gave us a great understanding of why we preferred certain scents and how they all interacted (useful to know for future perfume shopping!). We had the whole store to ourselves which made it feel really luxurious and special, and the staff were able to dedicate their full attention on us. I don’t know how well it would work if multiple people were trying to choose scents as the shop isn’t too big and the scents linger in the air, but they did manage “nose fatigue” well with coffee beans and stepping outside for fresh air as breaks. After choosing your favourite notes the perfumer recommended various combinations which was really fun. After choosing your favourites you can go and mix them together yourself! Being able to mix and name your own perfume felt so luxurious and special and is something I’ll really treasure. Even the labels they put on the perfumes at the end (with the name you choose) were super high quality and felt very thoughtful. To have the entire experience for free was amazing! We only paid for the final perfumes that we mixed at the end which was incredible value. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and even great photographers for us so we could have some memories of the whole thing! The staff were also not pushy at all about buying a perfume at the end, which was great as that could have really soured the experience. While they offer full sizes perfumes for you to purchase, don’t be afraid to ask about the travel sizes they offer (£32 for one of £50 for two, which is what I did.) Two separate personalised perfumes, with detailed explanation of the composition and a mini “lesson” in scents for £25 each is a great deal! Would absolutely recommend and I plan to return for a refill of my fragrances in the future.”
