“The teaching is good quality. The teaching staff/lecturers are all great - explain the subject well and make difficult/complex topics easy to understand. Teaching staff are also responsive to emails when you have queries and are always happy to help. The assessments team and the Leeds administrative team are very unhelpful - leading to a lower review rating. They are difficult to get hold of, provide very delayed responses which are often unhelpful. As a disabled student, I had to liaise with both teams a lot and found their lack of care/ engagement difficult.”
