“I had a large SATA drive that was dead apart from some clicking noises. It was a 2TB drive so lots of information would have been lost as I only had a certain amount backed up. Essential Data Recovery recovered it all, and offered a professional and courteous service, keeping me advised each day on progress. I was initially concerned regarding the security of the data that was to be recovered, and I had a long discussion with Tom who provided me with reassurance in this regard but more importantly, gained my trust. In short an excellent service and at a competitive rate.”

“My hard drive had crashed & I thought I'd Iost tons of files and pictures that I stupidly hadn't backed up. My local computer repair shop couldn't help so I sent it to Essential Data Recovery. Their communication was excellent with regular progress updates throughout the recovery process and in less than ten days I had all of my lost data back. I really can't recommend them highly enough. “I had an external disk drive that was essentially useless. I’d tried some off the shelf tools that didn’t really recover meaningfully. Final took the plunge and asked Essential Data Recovery to do the job. Full recovery of everything, in the original structure and file naming, etc. They kept me up to date with the status of the work and I am really pleased with the outcome.”

“Can’t fault this service. Excellent communications from Tom providing updates of progress. All my data was recovered which included cherished video clips ready for editing. Initial contact by phone, thereafter email. Would use service again but hopefully have learned the lesson of good backup.”

“I recently had a problem when my hard drive failed & I lost much of my information. I found Essential online & after speaking with Sarah, paid them a visit. Sarah was so helpful & patient with me, I couldn't fault her service. The problem was solved & at a very reasonable price. I would truly recommend Essential for any similar data problems. “Wonderful service provided by Essential Data Recovery. When my external hard drive failed, with 10 years of family photos, I tried to recover the data myself. After using some of the best software I could find, I was only able to retrieve 5% of the data due to bad sectors. Also, after doing this I was not able to see any of the files anymore as the 'Master File Table' and it's backup had been destroyed. I was not able to even see any files in DOS. Got really worried I had lost all my files forever. I looked up several companies on google and went through their reviews, contacted a few. One wanted a ridiculous amount of money, and after some more research I found this company. The reviews were fantastic and also I felt at ease that my personal data will be handed over to someone safe. Overall really happy, at every step of the way you get an update. Sarah was most helpful and when I got the email that they could retrieve all of my data I was really happy. Also, when I initially spoke to Sarah on the phone she really knew what she was talking about. They must have some serious software/hardware in their offices! Although I hope to never ever have to use them again, as will backup data on 2 drives now (lesson learnt!), for any data recovery I will always use them and will recommend to others. The fee structure is excellent as well. Don't make mistake like me and contact some of the less reputable companies, as they won't stop ringing until you firmly tell them you don't want their services!”
