“Ordered as my horse can be “lively”to lead to field and back. Also very reactive to things out on a hack. He has been on it for quite a few weeks now and I have noticed a difference in my horse. He still has his moments but generally calmer in himself without losing any of his character. He has stopped reacting to things out of place, something that wasn’t on his route to the field yesterday ..if he reacts it isn’t as bad and is accepting much better.
I have had a couple of dealings with the admin side of things and everything has been such a positive experience …. Very kind friendly staff and very efficient too ….
