“Their design was the best, we tried 3 others. They let themselves down on delivery which nearly caused us a disaster. As our samples were sent by a wrong rate of urgency, they agreed to remake the samples and send by special messenger, this solved the problem”

Hello John, many thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, we actually sent this job out on a next-day service as agreed, a few days ahead of your deadline date, however then unfortunately the couriers decided to not deliver this for several days, for no given reason! Then when you contacted us on the deadline date saying it hadn't arrived, we made a new batch the same day and sent to you via same-day courier, all at no extra cost, even the the issue lay 100% with our courier company. We were happy to incur the extra cost on this occasion, making a significant loss on the job, as we knew how important these display stands were to you. We also let you keep the stands that eventually arrived via the courier. totally FOC. Look forward to helping you out again in the future, very likely making use of a different courier to get them to you :-) !
