Hello Bob Many thanks for bringing that to my attention. Very sorry to let down both you and your client on this occasion, and for any goodwill you may have lost as a result!! I'll arrange for an apology gift to be sent out to demonstrate our concern, and will also take steps to ensure that you experience the usual efficient order processing next time round. I have spoken to the production team and they advise that the internal communication error that led to the delay is quite avoidable going forwards. All the best, Daniel
