Throughout the sale and the purchase process, which were both with Elizabeth Davenport, their team kept me up to date with progress, ensured I received feedback on viewings and helped ensure our sale and purchase went through. I'd like to thank them very much for their hard work and although we don't plan to move house for some time now when we do I would choose to sell my home through Elizabeth Davenport and I strongly recommend that anyone considering selling speaks with the people at Elizabeth Davenport. “The process of selling a house is long winded from finding an estate agent as there are many to choose from including online cheaper solutions to waiting 3-4 months later to seal the deal! We found Elizabeth Davenport to be not only very professional, efficient and friendly but most of all reliable. Any issues we had we only had to pick up the phone. We believe the extra money spent on having professionals with the marketing materials they use is well worth it as it is the difference of getting a warm feeling when buying a house compared to 'here's the house' approach. We would highly recommend Elizabeth Davenport to anyone and we would use them again the future.”

“Elizabeth Davenport staff were, at all times, personable, efficient and professional. The company projects an up market image which is reflected in the quality of photos taken and brochures produced. “Our Estate Agent Nick was knowledgable, honest and really made us feel like choosing them from the other "robotic" agents was the right thing for us! The office team were friendly and made our viewing process almost seamless. Bob helped with many viewings, was overall excellent and never let us down. Thanks to everyone to helping us get our sale at the right price :-) !!!”

“I thought that E.D. produced the most professional brochure and handled the sale extremely well. One thought though. The couple that did buy the property asked for a second viewing that had to be at a weekend. Your young lady told them that you had no staff available to show them around until the following week which was unacceptable. I had a lady that stepped into the breach who lives around the corner and it was actually her who sold the property. You should have staff available to show properties on Saturday and Sundays. This 2016 and people need to view when they are not working. That is my observation but everything else was very good.”

Hi Keith, thanks so much for the honest reply. I agree with your points exactly! Since we sold your own house we have employed not only a further Viewing Representative but also a full time Office Manager, a Senior Valuer (who is now a Director) and another Sales Negotiator. The availability of staff is vital and we do not want to compromise our service at all. Thanks again and I hope you are both keeping well.

“Excellent service from the initial valuation to the completion of sale. Photos and brochure were one of the best we have seen. Staff very help and curtious when we phoned for information. A really professional team. Would highly recommend Elizabeth Davenport Estate agents.”

“After our sale fell through several times we decided to change agents, with little confidence in who to choose we decided on Elizabeth Davenport, it was a good choice from the initial contact through to completion. All the staff were very professional and thorough with constant updates and communication. The selling broucher is one of the best I have seen with attention to detail in the pictures that are taken giving the best possible chance for a sale. All in all a great agent.”

“Elizabeth Davenport are very professional, nothing was too much trouble regarding the sale of my house. Mark organized all of the viewings as I work during the week and secured a sale almost immediately, The documentation and photos of my property were to a high standard. Yvonne was so calm and always had the time to assist with questions when everyone else (not ED) around was losing their heads! I would have no hesitation in recommending ED to anyone- They are one of the best for sure. N . Hughes”

“There are numerous agents to choose from however I felt comfortable immediately upon meeting Mark and felt he understood my requirements and priced my property well. I had a sensible offer within 3 weeks. As so often happens with sales, mine was not without frustration which was the length of time my proposed buyer was taking to move towards completion. However, the staff at Elizabeth Davenport were on the ball and chased progress regularly. I must give a special thank you to Yvonne at this point as she was really efficient. Overall, very happy with the service and I've already recommended Elizabeth Davenport to friends.”

“This was our 3rd experience with Elizabeth Davenport, having bought one property, and subsequently sold 2, to be honest we wouldn't choose any other agent in the area. The photographs that George takes, are truly stunning, never stretched, and very clear and in focus, a definite bonus compared with other companies, the way the sales brochure is presented, combined with an easy to use and informative website, and motivated, professional staff at the sales office, certainly helped us self both our properties very quickly, and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Elizabeth Davenport to anyone, and everyone who is thinking of putting their properties up for sale. “Mark from ED was far more impressive than the other estate agents I had value my house. Nonetheless I was a little put off by ED's higher charge for their services. I had nothing to worry about: they sold my house, for significantly over asking price, in less than a week. I couldn't recommend ED more highly.”
