“Very friendly customer service, always willing to go above and beyond in regard to contacting people for us to find out information about the house we were purchasing, and always got back to us with the information we required.”

“As a seller they are great, but as a buyer, we paid over the odds and the sales process took over my life. They were ringing almost daily and in the end I'd no idea why or what they wanted me to do in the end. Photos are great, when we got the keys my relative pointed out how unrepresentative they were of the property. So if you're selling, ED are the guys, but as a buyer, I'm not so sure.”

“Definitely the best estate agents we have ever used. We sold our property and bought our new home through them too. Found all members of staff to be friendly, approachable,knowledgable and professional.We have bought and sold a number of times now and I couldn't reccommend Elizabeth Davenport enough. They were not the cheapest but reasonable still and having dealt with many estate agents over the years, I can say with certainty that the bit extra is worth every penny.”

“Elizabeth Davenport Estate Agents was recommended to us and we were thrilled we took this advice. Nick Luntley met us at the house we wanted to sell as we lived 65 miles away and he took it from there. The valuation was right, the advertising excellent, 35 viewings were arranged immediately and the house sold in 10 days. Jo Spencer was helpful, friendly and kept us informed continually until the completion date. The company are professional and efficient and we would recommend them without hesitation.”
