“Always helpful and willing to go that extra yard. Telephone answered in a professional manner by well informed staff. ( Good English goes a long way !) Fortunately over the years not many claims so difficult to judge on this aspect. Always after a good deal so keep sharpening pencils. However always room for improvement, somewhere. Ou phrontis. The advice is sound and what i call old school, no games trying to win you over, usually one price which you know you can trust.
