“Andy was very good - super responsive and helpful. Generally a bit of feedback about the process and rules: I don't really understand why you guys are not allowed to advise. Insurance is a very hard thing to wrap one's head around and I would have loved to have been able to get specific ("yes, you will definitely need to add this" or so) advice.”

“I have used Edison ford for all my insurance needs for 30 years or more and have up until now to be approachable, helpful and reasonably priced. However my house and contents policy has risen in the last year to such an extent that I may well look around at other insurance companies at the end of the year; today my car insurance has risen by just under 25% this I have paid but I will look around next year. As a retired pensioner I now put less than 4000 miles on the clock, if this could lessen the blow and be offered as a possibility E.F and E.G. could well continue to live in harmony. Thanks for all you have done in the past!!!”

“Generally, good correspondence and fast work to find an insurer. I had the feeling that my requirements were understood. There was a slight problem with a long thread of emails, as some information became lost and had to be repeated. I would more or less recommend.”

“Excellent personal service. We had complicated travel medical insurance and came to Edison Ford having tried to go through a recommended service that turned out to be AI based and drove us mad. Edison Ford were able to quickly go through our travel medical needs and put together a comprehensive package that also turned out to be less costly than the AI generated quote. We were able to go away with complete confidence that our travel and medical insurance needs were properly and professionally covered. We will go straight to Edison Ford in future for our insurance needs. Thank you to the team.”
