“We have a company fleet policy which was arranged through Edison Ford. I have been dealing with Amy Beach and I am very impressed with the level of service I have received from her. “What impresses me most is the proactive approach from the customer service/sales team. Sorting out insurance is time consuming and hardly an exciting topic, no matter how important it is. Yet Andy, Jodie, Zin and colleagues still make the time to call me to remind me that I have ignored an email or not responded to a phone call and this focuses my mind on sorting it out. I am grateful, thank you.”

“I have been using Edison Ford for all my insurance for as long as can remember, at least 25 years, during this period they have been most helpful and have saved me paying over the odds by searching for good reliable companies who have been cheaper for the same cover. They care about their customer relations and are approachable if and when you need help. I highly recommend Edison Ford.”

“We were disappointed in the covering letter that accompanied the invitation to renew. It was a standard script with a couple of sentences just crossed out in biro. One of the features (legal protection) we wanted. The premium had risen substantially and I asked for an explanation which I received. In the meantime, I looked for another quote. EF responded with another quote which was very close to the one I had obtained so we decided to remain with Edison Ford this time.”
