“The booking was from Gatwick Airport and we ended up with a voucher for Hertz via Firefly, just outside the terminal door. The queue was a little long but the customer service was good, as you would expect from a multinational operator.”
“Simple and easy service, would use again. The only negative was we collected a car at Copenhagen airport to use in Sweden, and because we were taking it out of the country of collection there was a further charge to cover breakdown. I have hired cars previously without this charge and would expect the cover to be in place. It was only £13 or so for 5 days so not a big extra.”

“Car and service absolutely fantastic. However, having to pay for a full tank of fuel and return with an empty tank was not so good as this was impossible as the car was so economical! This added 50% to the cost of the original car hire when it should really only have been about 15-20% if they'd had a fair fuel policy.”
