“The prints look quality but they came in with folds and wrinkles, as if they had gotten wet and dried back up. Should wrap them in plastic for shipping instead of paper.”
“Previous orders I would have given 5 stars but my latest order feels like a big drop in quality.
It's actually the same level of quality now as another print supplier I used, which arrived 3 days from ordering where as my drool order took weeks. They are also far cheaper.
Not sure if they print lower quality when ordering frames from elsewhere as usually I would order framed. They also missed a print from my order.
With the quality drop, long shipping times and incorrect order. I think I'll be using a different company going forward.”

“Prints were as pictured but did take a while in shipping. When they arrived it seemed like items were protected however all corners had creases or bends on one side. This could have been a parcel mistake though. They were expensive even though majority of the prints I got were on the smaller side close to 12 X 8 inches. Paid around $127.00 USD for 4 prints and they included two larger ones ( roughly 16.5 x 11.75
inches) this was cost without frames. I was tempted to send back and ask for replacements but they took so long and where I live it’s a pain for returning items in general.”
“The prints are not cheap and the frames, especially for the quality they have, aren't cheap either.
So for almost 90€ each framed print I expect a certain degree of quality.
When I order a framed print, I expect it to arrive framed. This is not the case.
On top of that, the prints arrived damaged.”
“I like that these frames come in European sizes, and they look nice, but they feel quite chintzy to me. One of them chipped in the process of putting the artwork in, so I'm concerned about their durability.”

“The print itself is nice but I didn't receive the 2 free prints as part of the promo, and it doesn't seem like they are being shipped anytime soon? I assumed they would all come together. For the price I'm not sure if it was worth it.”
“My main piece was delivered fine, but the two free prints that were supposed to come with it delivered separately for some reason and failed to deliver. Customer support has taken days to respond to me and it still seems I’m not close to finding out what happened to my delivery.”

Hi, When a customer enters the wrong delivery address and it gets delivered, this does present a lot of issues, but we will definitely try to resolve this with you as quickly as possible.
