They shipped my order in 2 batches. 1st framed photo came with a hefty customs bill. 2nd batch got “lost” and when resending, came with another very hefty customs bill which I have yet to pay. 2/3 pictures were supposed to have been free and at this moment, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on a single framed poster with OK quality. Would not recommend.”

They could have been put all in one package easily.i had to pay a total of 96,16 $ (37,51$ from Fedex and 58,65$ Canada post). When i bought the art there wasn't any mention that i had to pay customs AND shipping. I find your practice very irresponsible.”
“I purchased the Open Mind 20x28 framed print and sadly I am not impressed with the quality of the frame. The frame feels cheap and flimsy. It does not feel like wood, more like plastic. The website says, “beware of cheap frames.” This feels like a cheap frame. For the price paid, especially on a large print, I was hoping for better quality. Don’t think I would purchase again.”
