I am happy with the most of the print quality in general except A1 size. My return request has not been answered or processed yet. Still waiting someone to get back to me.

It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered 6 prints and I still have not received them. The art looks seems really cool and I'm grateful that I'm able to email a real person to try and resolve this, but there still does not seem to be much of an update or resolve for the shipment.

Ordered two prints.One of the prints was great, 10/10. The other was not accurate in its colour and looked like a a cheap and nasty home print out job. Colours were very different to what was pictured online.

Hi Tasman, Hope you're well. Very sorry to hear you're not happy with one of your prints, we'll be investigating this. As we try to ensure our website colours are as accurate as possible but the screen pixels are emitted light and a printer can't print light, it uses dyes and pigments to replicate the colours. So that, in addition to the fact internet browsers, software and device screens all handle colours very differently from one another means that customers may sometimes (rarely) have a print that has colours that are not quite what they see on the screen. I dont receive my order yet and its impossible to know where it is right now. Last time ever with Drool.

Hi Marie-Lyne, Hope you're well. Just saw your review...sorry to hear you're facing issues with your order. I've looked into it and your order was dispatched 1 day after ordering but as shown in the tracking it went through Canadian customs slowly, which unfortunately is out of our control. It says it's now cleared so it should be with you soon. I've just followed up by email with more details Thanks DROOL Support

I was unfortunately quite disappointed with how the artwork came out. They were low quality with visible blur on the prints and were not properly centered in the frames.
