Absolute disgrace of a company, our ceiling is ruined from a leak in one of their properties & we’ve been trying to get it repaired since summer 2020. Numerous phone calls, empty promises & not turning up when scheduled to do the job. My partner is disabled & this has caused us so much stress & upset. It’s the worst company I have ever dealt with, I don’t know how they sleep at night.

The DMW agency deal absolutely rubbish and totally unprofessional when our house was selling .. They didn’t deal as they should . It will be nice of that company not used previous picture for sale house to present seller - disgusting.

We have no idea who you are and what you are talking about. That fact that this review is anonymous speaks volumes. Fake review.
Rented a property from them once we told them we were leaving they couldn't get rid of us quick enough. Didn't give us time to move out before they were at the door wanting to do a final check. Dan was rude to us and his behaviour was unprofessional.

I am absolutely appalled by the owner of this company, look at the last review by Arun who said they are rude and unprofessional, they were not wrong. I called to book a viewing, confirmed it a few days before, we’re busy people, they took my phone number and then emailed me on the day of the viewing at 10am and the. 1pm to confirm the appointment and that if i need to rearrange to contact them, assuming it will go ahead they then sent me a email at 3pm to cancel with no reason) they blamed it on the vendor, said they tried to call (had my wrong number), i called by the time i was outside the property and they were so rude. We planned our whole day to view a property, only to be greeted by a stressed out rude owner, with 0 customer/client management skills. I assure you that your business will not go far the way you treat your clients. It seems with the negative reviews you are the problem. DMW will fail as a business. Never have i gone out of my way to write a bad review, never have i been treated so rudely. I refuse to view the property now unless it goes on the market with another estate agent. What a shambles and how embarrassing

DWG property services are unprofessional. Back in early 2023, I had put an offer on a house that was accepted. But before I could provide my solicitor details within a day or two, they decided to let the property be gazumped by someone else. According to agreed on rules of the industry, once an offer has been accepted, the agent is supposed to take it off the market. But not DMW. They promote gazumping. After all the hard work I did to put an accurate offer on the house, the owner at DMW property simply left me a voicemail, that as the sale offer was not sent (which they should have as soon as the offer was accepted), the house was still OK to be sold to someone else. Hence, they promote gazumping and bring shame to the industry that already struggles for respect. If you are a first time buyer, please avoid these unprofessional agents. There are better agents like MartinCo, HoldenCopley and Robert Ellis, who maintain their integrity, unlike DMW.

It was impossible to arrange a viewing or obtain any information on a plot of land they were marketing in Gedling . I called on 4 separate occasions and each time was told that only Dan had any detailed knowledge of the land and , despite promises from Whitney , he never returned my calls . A colleague of mine had a similar experience , although he did manage to progress to the booking a viewing appointment stage . Sadly this appointment was cancelled by DMW and no alternative offered . They replied to my colleague's e-mail advising him to take a look at the property on his own , not a progressive suggestion for a piece of land fenced off for security ( and next to a neighbouring house ) . Overall a pathetic level of customer service !

We would not recommend DMW to manage your property due to the tenant they recommend. It transpires she gave false documents to get the tenancy in which it cost us thousands in lost rent and damage to the property court fees and bailiffs. We strongly recommend you stay away from this agent

Thank you for your review. Can I please clarify that we did reference the tenant correctly. I.D was taken. Proof of address was taken and a credit check carried out. The tenant committed fraud with the information she gave, however the information provided to us was proven to be legitimate including a fraudulently obtained DVLA driving license and official documentation for proof of address. I am disappointed that you are apportioning blame on us as your agent when no-one could have foreseen that the documentation provided was fraudulent. We also supported you throughout the whole eviction process, provided you the solicitors to carry out the eviction, continued to carry out quarterly inspections, spoke to you every week on the phone and dealt with all maintenance for no charge for the last 6 months of the tenancy. Your blame should be laid at the tenants door not ours. As was clearly explained to you prior to letting the property there is always a risk associated with tenants and as an agency we try and minimise that risk. We cannot totally remove this risk. We are very disappointed that you feel that should give us a bad review rather than taking your frustration out on the tenant that has caused us both a lot of issues.
I personally think DMW were fantastic with our purchase of one of their properties. They helped me more than my own estate agents, I would use them and recomend them to anyone, great job

Have used DMW three times in past 5 years. Dan and the team have given me exceptional service and helped my wife and I through difficult times. Full of energy with boundless enthusiasm they have been marvelous, and there charges are very competitive. Some of the absurd comments have a whiff of “sour grapes” 100% recommendation.
