“Best service and supplier in England. The lads at phase one are brilliant and customer support is the greatest. I wouldn't buy from anyone else well established business and safe in the knowledge that these guys are always going to be around for a long time to come.”

we have just received you review for the FX WASH that was marked . Sorry i am slightly confused , but i though you agreed to keep item and i was going to credit £20 on next order . I have read your review and i can absolutely guarantee the item was new , we don't sell 2nd hand or used kit . I am a little disappointed that you have left such a negative review as i was more than willing to sort anything out . Customer service is the most important thing we offer and i am sorry you feel let down by our customer care as we know the only way to get repeat business is good service . And poor reviews we do read and action , as they do effect our rankings Regards Mike

“This charger is just what my daughter needed for her first festival. Will stock her up with batteries as not sure how the usage will pan out but a necessary piece of kit all the same. Fast delivery too Thanks”

“Popped into Phase One to buy a couple of kettle lead extensions. This was my very first visit to Phase One. I was so impressed that not only did I purchase my leads but bought an expensive 'disco light'. The staff could not have been more helpful. I was utterly impressed at the display of DJ accessories and equipment in the store and was extremely happy with my purchases. I have no doubt I will revisit the shop for more items. This staff set a great example.”
