“I recently bought a pair of Pioneer DM-40 speakers, and I like it. Because this an entry model speaker, I didn't expect anything special, but I had a good surprise. It sounds absolutely fine, and it's perfectly fit in the small room environment. Also, I would recommend to someone who wants this model to buy a pair of Audioengine DS2 desktop speaker or similar stands to maximising the ear-level listening experience and reduce vibration to give a noticeably clearer sound.”

“Made my first purchase fron Phase One having been following Mike's reviews on youtube, and couldn't be happier with the service. I held back from ordering as I was a bit anxious about the lights being delivered while I was at work, but one of the sales team quickly put me on the right track and put my mind at ease. Having thought I'd somehow managed to muck it up online, I called againa nd spoke to the man himself who went through it with me and assured me everything was ok. I got a great deal and the despatch time was prompt with my lights arriving the next day as promised; and the helpful and professional (but still friendly) attitude of the people I spoke with is worth five stars and more.”

“This is a brilliant company. They responded out of hours and were very attentive to my mixer problem. Unfortunately I needed to return it. I misunderstood it's functionality. Again they were excellent. Return ed no problem and refunded. Rate the very highly. A shout out to Nathan. Excellent sales executive. 👍”

“The latching footswitch I needed for my Jazz Chorus amplifier chorus/vibrato effect was just perfect. The smaller, compact and conventional size was just right and even the colour - a blue turquoise was also right. Roland could have supplied these Chord footswitches with the JC120 when I bought the amplifier in the 1980s instead of the Boss latching LED footswitches!. I'd rather the Chord version, they look a lot better. Thanks¹”

“Amazing service. Ordered a ddj-400 when they were out of stock everywhere and it arrived the next day. On a separate order I purchased the wrong speakers at 8pm and by 8:30 I’d had the order amended to the speakers I had intended to order. Very impressed and will continue to use.”

“The lads at phase one Darlington really went out of their way to explain the differences between midi controllers with the same enthusiasm and detail that would of been expected had I been spending thousands of pounds rather than £250. They really made the retail process very fulfilling. I bought the item immediately and have not regretted the purchase one bit. They really understand the products they sell and the expectations of the customer. The unit I bought numark mixtrack platinum fx for £245 has more features than the £1600 cddj system I bought from them back in 2006. Big progress has been made in the industry. Wow”
