“Fantastic Service Other online stores had taken my order and money, then informed me the product was out of stock. No such issues with Phase One, the goods arrived within 48 hours of my order. The price was competitive, ordering was easy, communications were good, delivery was very quick and the product came well packaged to protect it. Phase One offers great YouTube reviews and excellent customer service - this is how it should be done !”

“The original cable bag I wanted was unavailable and I was contacted by phone to suggest a substitute bag, which was a perfect size for me. It is unusual to get such a personal service and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this company”

“The lights are very bright and easy to operate with the handy remotes. The carry case and lock to speaker stands are very practical. However, the lights fans are very noisy and it's something I wished I'd known beforehand as they can become distracting when the speaker is talking/when the room is quieter.”

“Having placed an order, the product was no longer in stock, and Mike of Phase One contacted me by phone to recommend a suitable alternative, with which I am completely satisfied. Although I could have had the goods the following day, I was able to request a specific delivery date, and this was fulfilled. The price of most items is very competitive and the range of products excellent. A pleasure to deal with a retailer that knows its products and provides a personal, friendly, client care service.”
