“I bought an amplifier and unfortunately 6 month after purchase it failed , but the staff in the shop lent me an amp till mine was fixed and returned , excellent shop service , thank you”

“Dear All, I was very satisfied with the correspondence and communication with the seller but I am very disappointed as today I have received an email that the items that I have purchased have been discounted by about 1 sterling each. I was infomed only 2 days after I made the purchase. If I was informd before the purchase I would be more satisfied.”

“Very pleased with phase one. Nathan was great. Very helpful. Helped me find a product that was even better that what i originally wanted. Gave me both professional and personal opinions which was very helpful. Packaging of product was great. To the point it took me a while to get throught to the product. “After a couple of months deliberation over Mike’s advice on which Midi controller would be best for me, I purchased a Denon MC6000MK2, having used this for a while what can I say. The build quality is excellent, the size is more suitable for Mobile DJing over the larger Pioneer, the soundcard quality is brilliant for making the most of my FBT Vertus system. The controller itself is great in use, I use it running Virtual DJ 8, and am now nearly a mouse free DJ. Anyone who has any worries like I did of the Hardware Equipment Manufacturer not having their own Software such as Pioneer needn’t be. In this case the Denon works great together with VDJ with all hardware functions being replicated on screen by the software. We also wanted to get a set of booth speakers, I had an idea of what I wanted, but again Nathans experience led me down another path. I came home with an 8 inch Dave system, it is set up in our kitchen diner area and fits in well and unobtrusively, and the power and sound quality are brilliant. Thanks again to Mike and Nathan, for their advice and great service.”

“A fast a very efficient delivery on a very accurately described item. Kept very well informed on where the order was and exactly when it would be delivered. When there was a technical problem , manufacturers fault, the company's reaction was instant and the item collected and replaced in 48hrs, and again being contacted all the way. Special mention for Nathan at this point , great customer service manors. Would be more than happy to purchase further equipment in the future Graham Snapped Entertainment”
