“Bought a KAM laser scan Hyper 3D with a couple of accessories. All arrived safely and promptly the next business day and am very pleased with the product which is as Phase One advertised. I always order product from Phase One when they have it available as the first time I did there was a manufacturing fault with one of the items (made by an industry leader) which they did a fantastic job of sorting out with the manufacturer despite the manufacturer initially being in denial. The guys at Phase One are friendly and knowledgeable - never hesitate to”

“Phase One is a fantastic, one stop shop for all Dj requirements. Price wise they are highly competitive, matching and normally beating other online retailers, while offering service levels second to none. I have always received great advice and support when deciding on equipment from enthusiastic staff who have the client at heart every time. I won't use any other DJ retailer as Phase One are simply the best!”

“I got a phone call the same day I placed the order to say that the product I ordered was discontinued. I was offered a better product for the same price which was then delivered the next morning! There isn't anything they could have done better.”
