“Stock checked / confirmed / purchased and paid all in one day pre Xmas needed the device for a go over Xmas and they got it to me the very next day which was beyond my expectation. First purchase with these guys based purely on stock availability on an item everyone else has on pre order. I’ll definitely be going back. 10/10 satisfied”

“Contacted Mike at Phase One on the 22nd December, after being let down by another retailer. He provided fast, no nonsense and efficient service and got the required goods shipped out the same day and they arrived on the 23rd December. Great service and would reccomend.”

“Customer service is second to none via email and whatsapp. I purchased the equinox helix xp 150w gobo flower lights with stands absolutely fantastic. Only negative i would say from the manufacturers is that they only come with 1.5m leads.. which ate not long enough if stands are at full height. You can purchase longer leads i would advise doing this at time of purchase or you will incur delivery charges. Everything else spot on. Great service.”

“I needed some DMX terminator plugs quickly is a couple of days so I duly ordered and paid for them on the Monday, thinking around end of the week delivery. What I didn't expect was for them to be delivered the very next day!! This allowed me to set up and finish the installation way ahead of schedule. Thanks so much, a service industry that delivers. Great stuff. Will defo use again.”

“I've been using Phase One since around 2009, when I first started procuring lights for the bands I've played in. Over the years, the scale and complexity of our lighting rig has grown into a full-scale production, and throughout that time Phase One has always remained my first port of call. The service I've received from Mark and the team has consistently been second to none — whether that's competitive price matching or the one occasion I needed to return a faulty item for repair right at the end of its manufacturer’s warranty. I wholeheartedly recommend Phase One and will continue to use them as we move on to bigger things.”
