“Very prompt next day delivery. Solid light fixture of good quality which was just what we required for our local amateur dramatic society. The DMX profile was available in the updated version of our ZerOS software, so controllable from our Zero88 FLX S24 console.”

“Guys are great... But my fault.. thought I was buying the swivel clamps for the truss hack that adds the telescope speaker poles.. but one clamp is too big.. bought 4 sets as well.. so now having to add foam piece to take up the gap...”

“Awesome company to deal with great advice and wouldn't try to force a sale infact 9 times out of 10 they advise a cheaper iteam that will do the job you want.... Like come on who else does that... To top it off super fast delivery :) cant be beaten!!”

“Can't thank Mike enough at Phase One, I've spent around 2 months carefully selecting products from his store, continuously touchin base with Mike asking questions (he was very patient to put up with me), he answered all my questions honestly and gave me solid honest suggestions... Finally placed a big order and he went all out to make sure I received everything the very next day... Don't go anywhere else, make Phase One your one-stop dj shop!”

“The sign of a good retailer is not just how quick they supply a product or the choice they offer. It is also and perhaps more importantly, how they deal with issues. I ordered a set of stage uplighters, which turned out to be faulty (as advised subsequenlt by the manufacturer). Based on a single phone call they offered me all the options to rectify the situation (repair/replace when new stock arrived/refund) and the faulty items were returned (they arranged for and funded the courrier) very quickly and released a refund the same day as they arrived. Now awaiting new stock and will certainly re-order when available. Good supplier.”
