“Really nice helpful company - my order was delayed by Royal Mail (it was posted as 24 hour delivery but actually took six working days from posting to arrive) but the staff at Dick's Climbing were polite and helpful when I contacted them about it”

“Very good. I have made two purchases from Dick's recently. The first order arrived in 24 hours. Very impressive. The second one did not, for whatever reason. This review relates to that delivery. The price range and availability was great. By the way, greatful is not a word. I think you mean you would be grateful if I left a review.”

“I ordered a rope from the online shop. I got regular update email and it arrived a couple of days later. Haven’t tried the rope yet, and I imagine if there is an issue with it, I’ll probably be dead and won’t be able to update this review.”
