“Although I am a great fan of di paloma wild fig and grape range, I have had to give such a poor rating due to their customer service. Along with my order of hand soap and room spray, I also ordered the set of oils that unfortunately on delivery had leaked and ruined the box, bottle etc. I telephoned di paloma who told me to send a photo of the damaged goods with an email. I have done this twice over the last month and still have not had a reply. I have now thrown the oils away and I will not order from di paloma again!”
