Extremely disappointed – Paid for order, no delivery, zero customer support! I am extremely disappointed with Di Palomo. I placed an order and paid in full, but I have yet to receive my package or any shipping information. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I have tried reaching out via their official contact email (which seems to be bouncing back/not working), their website contact form, and even Instagram, but I have received zero response. ​It is unacceptable for a brand to take a customer's money and then go completely silent. At this point, it feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering directly from their website. I just want my order or a full refund immediately. ​Order Number: #DIP5051

Customer service and shipping time to Canada were a 10. However I compared the new items to the older ones I have, and they are completely different. Such a shame the formula was changed. These fragrances no longer feel special, just average.

I’m pretty upset with DiPalomo for completely changing a beloved product, the Wild Fig and Grape line! I’ve used and adored this fragrance for a dozen years, but now it has lost its lovely fragrance and creamy richness. Please, please bring it back!! On another note, diPalomo did a nice job of packing my order and sending it overseas. It arrived very quickly and in great shape. Just not the beloved product I thought I was getting!!

I am very disappointed as the room spray of fig and grape is not available in the UK for several weeks I had a subscribe and save set up for this from Amazon for over a year because of the loss of stock,anywhere , I decided to purchase the same scent but in the oil to make my own spray but it doesn't smell the same at all so I am very unhappy . Please di Paloma sort out the room spray to the UK so those of us who love it can re order and enjoy that gorgeous long lasting much complemented scent again. Thank you .

Fast delivery and and efficient customer service department. Di Palomo WHite grape and aloe lip balm is terrific. I have been using it on chapped lips, sore fingers and to counteract heat bumps for 2 years now. I wouldn't be without it.
