I DO NOT recommend doing the online course! Support was shocking and the video quality was bad. They’ve had £2,800 of my money and even their dealing with my complaint has been shocking. They have now blocked me from their social media pages. They told me they got someone in to specially film the videos just for me, to then tell me it wasn’t specially for me they just sent me a recording of and 1 on 1 lesson they did with another student. I have emails where they have lied to me and made accusations that I “couldn’t afford it” the way they have treated me especially after I have complained has been disgusting and do not expect this level of disrespect from any company especially one that has taken my money and refused to refund even though they have breached their T&C’s. Next step is court! I have been in touch with the governing body and trading standards. I’m sure they are great in the studio but online I would not do it, save your money!! Also they will say you can do it all in your own time however the videos expire after 7 days… work that out?! I’m not allowed a refund.

All correspondence is in clear emails from the enrolment date. We value all forms of feedback as they help us improve our services and address any concerns that may arise. Upon reviewing your comments, we would like to clarify a few points for transparency and accuracy. Firstly, we would like to confirm that your enrolment in the course was processed efficiently, and you received all the materials and resources as outlined in the course curriculum. It is important to note that the video content provided for the course was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. Which has worked very well for all our other students, so we can only apologise that this wasn’t suitable for you. Regarding your concerns about support and communication, we have thoroughly investigated the matter and found that our team diligently responded to your queries and provided assistance throughout the course duration, we have emails and timelines of how we had asked for a call for clarifications, and also support throughout, We take pride in offering a supportive learning environment for all our students. Furthermore, it is essential to address the issue of payment. We would like to clarify that there were a few delays in your payments throughout your payment plan with us not just the payments after the course. However, once the outstanding fees are settled, we are then able to add you again on a course free of charge to try and support you further. VTCT have notified your feedback and have no cause for concern, as its correct procedures in place. Our goal is to ensure a positive learning experience for all our students, and we are committed to resolving any concerns in a fair and transparent manner. False information from yourself and family members, is now a reportable offence on social media platforms and will be why they have been flagged and reported. Choosing the right methods to complain is advised. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. "Everything went wrong the teachers only 2 o 3 were very good but the rest were terrible"

Hi Sorry you felt like this, its also a shame you missed out most the course. Hopefully you will come back to us in the future, missing lessons in an intensive course isnt ideal. Thank you x
