“I DO NOT recommend doing the online course! Support was shocking and the video quality was bad. They’ve had £2,800 of my money and even their dealing with my complaint has been shocking. They have now blocked me from their social media pages. They told me they got someone in to specially film the videos just for me, to then tell me it wasn’t specially for me they just sent me a recording of and 1 on 1 lesson they did with another student. I have emails where they have lied to me and made accusations that I “couldn’t afford it” the way they have treated me especially after I have complained has been disgusting and do not expect this level of disrespect from any company especially one that has taken my money and refused to refund even though they have breached their T&C’s. Next step is court! I have been in touch with the governing body and trading standards. I’m sure they are great in the studio but online I would not do it, save your money!! Also they will say you can do it all in your own time however the videos expire after 7 days… work that out?! I’m not allowed a refund.”

Sorry you felt like this, its also a shame you missed out most the course. Hopefully you will come back to us in the future, missing lessons in an intensive course isnt ideal.
