“My order was promptly dispatched, but despite the promise, I received no email notification, and the order webpage showed no details of the delivery. Consequently, the DHL courier arrived unexpectedly, but thankfully was thoughtful and left the box safely. I had ordered a 65ml hand spray, which I was pleasantly surprised was sent as a free gift, but on receipt, the pump doesn't work, so that's a waste of time, and I will have to buy travel bottles to decant into elsewhere.”

“Super quick delivery. Dew has transformed household cleaning for me. No more chemical cleaning products, superclean and disinfectant does all the work. Everything recyclable - even the box they are sent in - my cat loves it! Would highly recommend Dew products.”

“I have been using Superclean and Disinfect since they first launched five (or more?) years ago. Fantastic products and great to have safe and non-toxic cleaning in the home. I've replaced my soap dispensers only once in that time, the springs eventually gave up, so have saved on an enormous amount of plastic waste.”

“The product itself is incredible, pretty much flawless. It got 1x week polled dried blood completely, entirely out of a white napkins And I’m sad to say it would have been a five but for two things: 1. The triggers consistently fail to work so easily on the bottles. I’ve replaced four new bottles this year of a total of eight. Honestly, It’s a counter-productive refill and recycling system if the product isn’t long lasting in the first place. and… 2. The delivery for this took far far far too long considering B&Q got it to me next day. Anything direct from the supplier should never take 5 days excluding weekends.”

“We needed to spray disinfect our loft after dealing with an unwanted visitor but didn't want to use bleach or regular disinfectant which is what most vermin advice sites recommend. We've used other Dew products so took advice from the team at Dew and used the aerosol with a Dew disinfect refill. For extra peace of mind, we did two thorough sprayings a week apart, leaving another week before dealing with loft contents and are comfortable about it (we used ppe too for extra comfort). Really glad not to have had to resort to using harmful chemicals.”

“Have used superclean on a small mark on lounge carpet and it really was amazing as it worked, also used this to clean stainless steel hob which turned out well. Will certainly recommend dew products.”

“Just started using these products smell lovely and fresh taps and stainless steel kettle ,toaster and such came with up lovely and shiney with a very quick polish (usually takes me ages to get a good shine ) seems to clean well . My only gripe is the air freshener as soon as it's sprayed in the air it drops very quickly the spray isn't fine enough found a slight wetting on coffee table .great to see these products coming to the forefront great for my skin and asthma.thanks”

“I have asthma and a small elderly cat. Most conventional cleaning products either cause my asthma to flare or can be toxic to cats. I have an hour a week's support for body doubling (I am dyspraxic so I'm a bit disorganised on the housework front) and my lovely PA/cleaner said it was brilliant to use products that we're easy to breathe with and so effective! I only wish you made lime scale removal products that were as effective as your cleaning products!”

“I have used Dew products for around 3 years and I always repurchase. It's a great disinfectant with a clean smell and easy to spray. I usually buy the refill bottles which lasts me months with daily use, making it great value for money also.”

“I'd have easily given five stars for this albeit, not that long ago I sent in some suggestions about your pricing model on Amazon and your own website. It was also an email riddled with compliments - yet you couldn't even take the time to reply and say thank you for the email. I found this rude; a reply wouldn't have taken longer than 30 seconds to say thank you. The product itself deserves more - the customer service has reduced the overall score.”

“I have always previously been very happy with the product and service. However, I am not so happy with UPS, your chosen shipping company. I ordered on the the 29th November, and its still not arrived. I have repeatedly had last minute notifications that it would be delivered to my business address that morning 8.50 - 10.50am, eg the 4th of Dec at 8.30am. Even if I picked up my email that early (which I don't) I would not have been able to arrange to have someone there to get it at such short notice. Then, on the following day the 5th, I got an email at 10.20am to say it would arrive between 8.50 - 10.50am. So, it had either arrived before the email did, or in the following 30 minutes! On either of these occasions, it could have just been left with a neighbour or at reception. I had on the 4th clicked though on their email where it said 'change delivery' to see if I could leave a note to this effect, but it looked like I would have to set up an account with them, which required some eyebrow raising contractual agreements and waivers which I was nor prepared to sign. I tried again on the 5th and found there was a way to ask for the package to be delivered to reception, without creating an account, and did so, and received an email to confirm it was received. Its now the 11th, 12 days since I ordered, a week since I asked for it to be delivered to reception, no parcel, no further email re delivery, and I have completely run out of the product I had left.”

“I wouldn't bother with the refill bottles: the original spray bottles stop working and in the case of the air sanitiser spray, the spray bottle separates after being refilled and you lose half of it as it falls on the floor. Having said that, I do like using the liquid as a bleach substitute.”
