“I have used Dew products for around 3 years and I always repurchase. It's a great disinfectant with a clean smell and easy to spray. I usually buy the refill bottles which lasts me months with daily use, making it great value for money also.”

“I'd have easily given five stars for this albeit, not that long ago I sent in some suggestions about your pricing model on Amazon and your own website. It was also an email riddled with compliments - yet you couldn't even take the time to reply and say thank you for the email. I found this rude; a reply wouldn't have taken longer than 30 seconds to say thank you. The product itself deserves more - the customer service has reduced the overall score.”

“I have always previously been very happy with the product and service. However, I am not so happy with UPS, your chosen shipping company. I ordered on the the 29th November, and its still not arrived. I have repeatedly had last minute notifications that it would be delivered to my business address that morning 8.50 - 10.50am, eg the 4th of Dec at 8.30am. Even if I picked up my email that early (which I don't) I would not have been able to arrange to have someone there to get it at such short notice. Then, on the following day the 5th, I got an email at 10.20am to say it would arrive between 8.50 - 10.50am. So, it had either arrived before the email did, or in the following 30 minutes! On either of these occasions, it could have just been left with a neighbour or at reception. I had on the 4th clicked though on their email where it said 'change delivery' to see if I could leave a note to this effect, but it looked like I would have to set up an account with them, which required some eyebrow raising contractual agreements and waivers which I was nor prepared to sign. I tried again on the 5th and found there was a way to ask for the package to be delivered to reception, without creating an account, and did so, and received an email to confirm it was received. Its now the 11th, 12 days since I ordered, a week since I asked for it to be delivered to reception, no parcel, no further email re delivery, and I have completely run out of the product I had left.”

“I use the air purifier, the household cleaner and the disinfectant. All are excellent and it is a good feeling to know that I am not polluting our water when using them.”

“I wouldn't bother with the refill bottles: the original spray bottles stop working and in the case of the air sanitiser spray, the spray bottle separates after being refilled and you lose half of it as it falls on the floor. Having said that, I do like using the liquid as a bleach substitute.”

“Solid 5⭐️… and Dew deserve it. These products CLEAN. I love super clean, it doesn’t stink the house out full of fumes but its stain removal is unrivalled. Just imagine something being able to get dried blood out of white cotton… completely. Or dog mess stains of out a carpet. You watch it work before your eyes - it’s incredible. I show it to everyone. I’d suggest that the mango and passionfruit superclean could have a slightly stronger fragrance as it’s very very subtle… but there’s not a single thing they need to change otherwise. A rarity for me to call something “perfect”… but my entire house gets cleaned with superclean, then I spray Dew Disinfect in the bathroom and kitchen afterwards. Sometimes I add a little disinfect to my pet bedding washes for a boost too… One of those cult products for me, i’d be very sad if it weren’t around.”

“I purchased them in 2020 and again in 2023 after returning from a more gentle but thorough disinfecting product. The spray bottle and the branding have improved. Such a shame it’s not sold in many places as shipping is the killer! Really pleased knowing I have a product that I can literally use on our skin aswell as our surfaces. I mean - isn’t science amazing! (Geeking out here!)”

“My Daughter gave me some to try, I subsequently placed an order. This was delivered two days later, superb service. I am delighted to be supporting a successful Scottish business as opposed to a faceless multinational. Dew is the answer to household cleaning, does what it says and safely.”

“I bought superclean, disinfectant and pet friendly as my cat has just been diagnosed with asthma and I also wanted to use cleaning products with less impact on people and planet. Often so-called environmentally sound products don't actually do the job they were bought for and many of them are highly scented. I have tried all the Dew products I bought and they all work really well. they arrived when they said they were going to.”

“I suffer from multiple chemical sensitivity and this disinfectant and sanitiser is the only product I can tolerate, and believe me I've tried loads. Reasonably priced and fast delivery”

“Love this product so much ,no nasty chemicals use it for cleaning,eye infections on my cats and it's all environmental friendly, Ive also cleaned toilet with mango and passion fruit one as it smells lovely, I'll never go back to harsh chemicals again,work with nature not against”
