“Service provided by Dental Direct was professional and efficient. The product is one I have used for years and continues to effectively do the job it is designed to do. My one irritation, which has nothing to do with Dental Direct is that the brushes come in specially designed plastic containers in fives. As I ordered 30 this is not environmentally friendly and worse it is single use plastic. Anything Dental Direct can do to persuade the manufacturer to change the packaging (preferably not plastic packs of 10 or 20) would be welcome”
