“Good range of products, but quite difficult to find as your website doesn't have a very good search facility. But got there in the end because I knew what I was looking for. Fast delivery and super packaging.”

“As I have not yet received these goods I am unable to comment on the product. This is after twice informing Dental Direct that I was not in receipt of the goods. The courier firm had sent me a text informing me that the goods were in their warehouse and that there would be a delay in sending them to me. That was two weeks ago!”

“Needed to purchase a variety of new Tepe brushes. As previously, the website was easy to use and I quickly found what I was looking for. Competitive prices and very straightforward to check delivery costs. My only quibble is that the order was shown as DWS Management on my credit card statement rather than Dental Direct. I found that slightly confusing.”
