John Delany Motors was established in 1980 and has grown to be the largest independent garage in Stockport. We service, repair and maintain any make or model of vehicle.

All of our technicians are fully skilled and highly trained and we take great care to ensure that every job we do, from a simple oil change to a major overhaul, is completed efficiently, economically and promptly.

“I have had my 2006 Toyota Corolla serviced by your garage for the last 9 years and have no complaints. This year before the MOT I knew that she would need new front headlights to pass and David got them at a really good price. My car had a service , MOT, new headlights, 4 new tyres plus new suspension arm and I was totally happy with the price I paid. Also, because of the coronavirus, they took all the recommended precautions. I will continue to use this garage and recommend it to my friends. Can I just add that I feel safe when driving my car knowing that I can trust Delanys to do a thorough job.”

“Been using John Delany Motors for about 15 years now to service my various BMW's. Very good quality of service regards work on car and friendliness of reception staff. Also, compared with BMW showroom purchased car from, same quality and very competitive cost.”

“Took my car in for a service during lockdown. Service and operations for dealing with this were excellent. I can highly recommend them and the value for money, alot cheaper than Mercedes direct.”

“We have been with JDM for 20 years or more and are always pleased with the level of services received. Having the confidence that services are being carried out competently is important to us. “I always use Delaneys for my car servicing and MOT. They are thorough, reliable and honest. For a woman lujd me who knows nothing about cars, I know I can always trust them and they won't try and rip me off. When COVID-19 first broke out I had to take my car in for its MOT. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much effort and expense had been made by them in keeping all their customers safe by providing lots of hand washes and wipes in their toilets and on reception. Excellent coffee too while I was waiting! Would never hesitate in recommending them.”
