“Very happy with the service. Always quick to deliver. If out of stock always get email. Did have a damaged item last order. We did not open the box until 3 days later just before going to the job that we were on. Phoned David explained what had happened the next day a replacement was sent. Very grateful for the prompt service than you, Mr Jim & Felicity Jones”

“I've used Decorating Direct a few times now and have always had excellent service. Unlike a lot of companies shipping fragile things like paper and paint, they pack their goods incredibly well - everything arrives in perfect condition. I can also add that when I've asked them for advice, not only has that advice been impartial, it has also been correct and very helpful. They also carry a lot of unusual, but useful tools, which are truthfully described on their site - in other words they know what works and what doesn't. All in all, I can highly recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again.”
