“Ordering from Decorating Direct was a breeze. Delighted with the extensive range of products and the prices and delivery were good. The website has a good level of information and useful suggestions on cost and time saving which has all helped ease the process of re-covering the wood cladding on our holiday home. I don't have a large decorators merchant near me so will definitely be back to Decorating Direct.”

“We've been using DD for over five years now- Great product lines, and 99% always in stock in my experience. If its out of stock you always get an email and great communication to resolve. Always fast, secure and well packed, and some of the best, if not the best prices for decorating gear on line.”

“I have been sourcing decorating tools for a few years now and can honestly say i have never had any issue with their company,delivery is spot on, packaging is very good and after care is spot on! I say this because I have had a couple of occasions had a product go wrong not necassarily when delivered, anyway a quick e-mail with pic of fault or return item via there free post returns and problem resolved. Items were replaced and delivered prompt, personally for me its how a company deals with things when they don't quite go to script which happens in all aspects of life and they are absolutely spot on in this area! Also have a great range of tools and brushes with honest write ups alongside these, competitively priced, good company!!”
