We have notes on our system saying that we sent replacements free of charge, as soon as you informed us of the problem? Hopefully you did receive them, as our courier company shows the replacements were signed for on the 22nd Feb? “Very easy to order, I was working away and totally forgot the materials for the morning! I quickly went on "Decorating Direct" and ordered everything I needed to keep going, I really was amazed as it was very late in the day and David sent me an email saying it's packed and on its way, next morning it arrived, highly recommended indeed, very helpful and I've never had nothing I've ordered out of stock.”

“Quick service, good selection. I have used them twice now and first order was spotless. 2nd order had a wrong product hence only 4 stars. Hassle free to get them to correct it. Did require me to have to make another trip to the post office so would rather have been without any issues (it was an avoidable issue). Will use decoratingdirect.co.uk again.”
