“We have used Decorating Direct several times and the service is excellent. The goods arrive by return which is brilliant but the other good thing about the company is that one can phone with any query and the staff are so help. Cannot rate them highly enough. Always our first choice for decorating needs and it saves trudging round shops. Top marks to all the staff”

“I found the DECORATING DIRECT site just by doing a Google search for Ceiling Roses, and I'm glad I did. We had almost given up finding one of a particular size that no-one else seemed to stock but we found it here. DECORATING DIRECT had a free postage offer for items £50 and over, and the one we chose was £49.95. I know from experience of buying things on the internet that it would be a long shot to ask, but I sent a cheeky e-mail asking if they could waive the postage and they replied within minutes that it would be no problem! This is so unusual in this day and age that I thought it worth mentioning (don't all try it, though, please). Needless to say, the ceiling rose is superb quality and was so easy to put up that I have put DECORATING DIRECT's details in my address book as my first choice for other such products as and when I need them. Completely satisfied, I think it's fair to say.”
