“Ordering coving to supplement what I had. It was discontinued and they did not have enough to make up my order but staff went out their way to find samples to make up what I needed which I was not charged for. Just the kind of service we would all hope for.”

“Great range of products with helpful descriptions and guidance. The website is fairly utilitarian and ordering system antiquated but I've never had issues with stock and orders have always been dispatched same day and delivered the next. Customer service was also good at dispatching replacements for damaged items. One of my goto suppliers.”

“I have used Decoratingdirect for several years now and have found them a great company to deal with. Products arrive really quickly and the quality is consistently exellent. I find their 2" fine foam gloss rollers a real plus and always keep a box in hand. These are almost impossible to find in most decorating centres.”
