“In the past, I've had poor experiences buying paint online, with leaking pots arriving - no risks this time. The packaging was great and very secure, delivery was rapid via FedEx next day and the price was more competitive than other places I considered, plus everything I needed was in stock. The turnaround was very quick with great personal communication, in fact I had to delay my delivery by a day so I could be in to receive it - no problem whatsoever. Highly recommended. Thanks”

“I purchased a new type of paint roller with a good write-up on the Decorating direct web site and have been extremely pleased with the product, so much so that I have ordered a second, larger delivery of this paint roller. The product does what it says in the description and I was able to apply quite heavy paint loads (emulsion on walls and ceilings) and did not get the widespread "orange peel" effect on the smooth wall surface that occurs with a lot of other paint rollers. The products were delivered fairly promptly by Decorating direct, but not in the same fashion that one gets from Amazon at times. I also tried the same type of roller for oil based satin finish paints and I would make the same comments that these were definitely better than any I had used before. The products I am referring to are the 9 inch Fossa Micropol Paint Roller Sleeve Medium Pile and the small 4 inch equivalent. I would definitely recommend these paint rollers.”

“Excellent range of products, excellent customer service and prices. Cheaper than my local Dulux centre and delivery next day via courier. I recommend buying from Decorating Direct. I had an issue with Dulux changing the colours allocated to Sikkens colour codes causing me to receive the wrong colour. Decorating Direct took back the incorrect cans and replaced with an equivalent colour, no quibble. They will be my first choice supplier going forward.”
