“I had great service from Decorating direct. I was searching for some Sikkens paint that had been discontinued and they had a few tins left. In the end there was an issue with the paint but they tried to help as much as possible with Akzo Nobel and quickly refunded me. Sometimes things go wrong and it's how a retailer deals these problems that really counts. Despite being an online business, Decorating Direct had good old fashioned customer service so I would hesitate to buy from them again.”
