“I found the people at Decorating Direct to be very helpful and very knowledgeable I placed my order and it was dispatched very quickly but sadly the delivery company completely let them and me down by damaging the tins of paint so badly that they could not deliver them .The guys back at DD were again very helpful and immediately dispatched a duplicate order via a different delivery firm ... The stain block paint was amazing too... Well-done everyone at DD”

“Product is what I wanted and pleased with the item. The postage I found was extortion. How can 20 roller sleeve protectors (which weigh next to nothing) cost £5 to post. I’ve posted much heavier items for this price. Postage cost is reason for low rating.”

“I have just started using the company the first time I used them I needed some tools, for a job I was starting in 2 days. The gentleman I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable, and he sorted my order and made sure it went out that evening. I will be getting all of my stuff from this company know.”

“Everything arrived qucikly and it was all complete and well packaged. I would have gone for 5 stars but I don't think there was notification it was being delivered so it took us by surprise a little. However the delivery company took the trouble to contact us as we were not there and all was well.”
